Managing Director & Founder

Glen is the founding owner of tech2.

Glen’s prior career includes state and national management positions at Optus, where he was responsible for the delivery of broadband and network support services. Prior to that, Glen enjoyed a highly successful career as an officer in the Australian Army with a range of key operational and management positions including a representative training and management role in the UK.

Glen has a Masters in Business Administration (AGSM, UNSW), a Bachelor of Science (Computing), and a Certificate of Military Studies (UNSW) and Royal Military College Duntroon (First in Class).

Chris Earnshaw-Nees

General Manager, Business Solutions, Systems, & IT

Chris joined tech2 in early 2017 to kick-start the Solutions Business. He is also responsible for IT and business systems. Chris has nearly 30 years’ management experience across a wide range of companies and industries both locally and globally, including Fujitsu, Telstra, Kaz Technology Services and SMS Management and Technology. Chris has also served as a commissioned officer in the Australian Regular Army. 

Richard Eckberg

General Manager, Commercial

Richard started with tech2 in April 2017, and brings over 25 years’ experience in commercial management in the ICT industry.  Richard brings a blend of pricing, financial, risk management, contract management, and contract negotiation skills. Prior to joining tech2, Richard held senior commercial roles at NBN, Orange Business Services, Telstra, and IBM.

Scott Lindsay

General Manager, Customer Solutions

Scott commenced with tech2 in March 2012, firstly to oversee the integration of the Gizmo brand into the group, after the company was acquired. Scott brings 27 years’ experience in the electronics retail sector. This includes 13 years holding several positions within the Harvey Norman Group, with his first three years as the National Product Manager for Audio Visual. He then progressed to General Manager of Domayne stores, seeing the growth of six stores to 14, and during his last five years he had the opportunity to run his own Harvey Norman store as franchisee at both Bondi and Caringbah.

Adam Polson

General Manager, Operations

Adam has 28 years telecommunications experience and a respected industry network. Adam has successfully lead large national projects implementations: including the initial Cable TV pilot and rollout within Telstra, BigPond via ADSL/Cable and managed large national workforces installing Foxtel. Adam now leads the tech2 telecommunications business unit across multiple clients and has positioned tech2 to grow and continue to support the industry, the networks and the people.

Tracy Weller-McCormack

General Manager, People, Strategy & Marketing

With over 15 years’ experience in the B2B and B2C space, Tracy ensures our people and customers are at the centre of every business decision. She’s worked in both in-house corporate and consultancy roles for companies such as Citect, Facilitate Digital, Brother, Fujitsu and now tech2, focusing on strategy, marketing and, ultimately, customer experience.

Health, Safety, Environment and Quality as well as Learning and Development also sit under Tracy’s remit.
