How we’re keeping you safe
Your safety is our number one priority
We’re taking extra steps to keep you and your household safe during these unprecedented times and reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
We’ll call ahead before visiting
On the day we’ll call ahead and ask if anyone in your household is unwell, to keep you, our technicians and the wider community safe.
Our technicians frequently clean their hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap to minimise the spread of germs.
Personal protective equipment
Wearing gloves, masks and other PPE, according to government guidelines, provides assurance and peace of mind for you and our technicians.
We’ll take extra care to wipe down and clean tools, equipment and surfaces before, during and after a job, minimising any risk.
We’ll greet you with a smile but avoid handshakes. While in your home, we’ll maintain a safe distance of at least 1.5 metres.
No signatures needed
You can be assured our visits are contactless, quick and easy, and you no longer need to sign off any work on a tablet.
We’ll check-in on your health status with a phone call before we arrive at your property. If you or a family member have been exposed to COVID-19, we may need to postpone your appointment to a later date. This is to ensure the safety of your household, our workforce and the wider community.
