Your safety is our number one priority. We’re taking extra steps to keep you and your household safe during these unprecedented times and reduce the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).

Call ahead before visiting

Before starting work, we’ll ask if anyone in your household is unwell, to keep you, our technicians and the wider community safe.

Hand hygiene

Our technicians frequently clean their hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap to minimise the spread of germs.

Disposable gloves

To guarantee the highest levels of hygiene, giving you and our technicians peace of mind.

Alcohol-based wipes

We’ll take extra care to wipe down and clean tools, equipment and surfaces before, during and after a job, minimising any risk.

Social distancing

We’ll greet you with a smile but avoid handshakes. While in your home, we’ll maintain a safe distance of at least 1.5 metres.

No signatures needed

You can be assured our visits are contactless, quick and easy, and you no longer need to sign off any work on a tablet.

We’ll check-in on your health status with a phone call before we arrive at your property. We may need to postpone your appointment by at least 14 days if you or a family member have been exposed to COVID-19. This is to ensure the safety of your household, our workforce and the wider community.
