Calling Card Download

If you’re currently on a call with us, you can have your computer remotely connected to tech2 customer support (LogMeIn). One of our friendly and experienced techs will guide you through the process to make your tech2 customer support session easier!

To start your remote support session, you’ll need to download the tech2 remote support program first. How to install the software:

  1. Click on the image on the left to start downloading the remote support application.
    or
  2. Select your web browser from the red buttons below to view the download and installation instructions.

Note: LMI support is only available for Windows computers at this time.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the button DOWNLOAD to download remote support software.
  2. A bar will appear at the bottom of the screen asking “What do you want to do with tech2CallingCard.msi?” – Click the save button
  3. After the download completes the bar at the bottom of the screen will say “Running security scan”
  4. The bar will then say tech2CallingCard.msi finished downloading
  5. Click run on the bar at the bottom of the screen
  6. A new window will appear – click next on “Choose installation location”
  7. Click next on the “Ready to install” screen
  8. Once tech2CallingCard finishes installing click finish
  9. Now you’ll have a program on your desktop called “tech2 Premium Support” – your tech2 remote support technician will help you enter your six digit code and establish a connection

Chrome

  1. Click the button DOWNLOAD to download remote support software
  2. tech2CallingCard.msi will start downloading in the bottom left hand corner
  3. Click on tech2CallingCard.msi to open the application
  4. A new window will appear
  5. Click next on “Choose installation location”
  6. Click next on the “Ready to install” screen
  7. Once tech2CallingCard finishes installing click finish
  8. Now you’ll have a program on your desktop called “tech2 Premium Support”. Your tech2 remote support technician will help you enter your six digit code and establish a connection

Firefox

  1. Click the button DOWNLOAD to download remote support software
  2. A new window will appear asking if you would like to save tech2CallingCard.msi – Click save
  3. In the top right of the screen the tech2CallingCard.msi will start downloading
  4. When it is finished it will say “Download Complete”
  5. Double click on the tech2CallingCard.msi box in the top right
  6. A new window will appear asking whether you would like to open the executable file – Click ok
  7. A new window will appear
  8. Click next on “Choose Installation Location”
  9. Click next on the “Ready to Install” screen
  10. Once tech2CallingCard finishes installing click finish
  11. Now you’ll have a program on your desktop called “tech2 Premium Support” – your tech2 remote support technician will help you enter your six digit code and establish a connection

Opera

  1. Click the button DOWNLOAD to download remote support software
  2. A new window will appear asking where you would like to save tech2CallingCard – Click save
  3. In the top right of the screen the tech2CallingCard.msi will start downloading
  4. When it is finished it will say “Download Complete”
  5. Double click on the tech2CallingCard.msi box in the top right
  6. A new window will appear
  7. Click next on “Choose Installation Location”
  8. Click next on the “Ready to Install” screen
  9. Once tech2CallingCard finishes installing click finish
  10. Now you’ll have a program on your desktop called “tech2 Premium Support” – your tech2 remote support technician will help you enter your six digit code and establish a connection
