Glen is the founding owner of tech2.

Glen’s prior career includes state and national management positions at Optus, where he was responsible for the delivery of broadband and network support services. Prior to that, Glen enjoyed a highly successful career as an officer in the Australian Army with a range of key operational and management positions including a representative training and management role in the UK.

Glen has a Masters in Business Administration (AGSM, UNSW), a Bachelor of Science (Computing), and a Certificate of Military Studies (UNSW) and Royal Military College Duntroon (First in Class).

Chris Baveystock

Chief Financial Officer

Chris is an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a demonstrated history of instigating and leading change in diverse business environments across multiple sectors: renewables and energy, services including EPC and project management, start-ups and logistics. Having only recently joined tech2 Chris, brings leadership to the team in the areas of strategy and business planning and execution, Investor Relations, and all facets of reporting and decision support.

David McWilliam

Executive General Manager, Growth & Innovation

David has joined tech2 to lead our business in growth and innovation strategies that deliver long term results for the company. David brings to tech2 over 20 years’ experience in operations, commercial development and implementation for large scale corporations, with a focus on the Australian telecommunications sector. In recent years he has held senior leadership roles at McWilliams Wines Group, NBN Co. Ltd, and prior to that at Service Stream Ltd. David has a Masters in Business Administration (UTS), and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Adam Polson

Head of Field Services

Adam has 28 years’ telecommunications experience and a respected industry network. Adam has successfully led large national project implementations, including the initial Cable TV pilot and rollout within Telstra, BigPond via ADSL/Cable and managed large national workforces installing Foxtel. Adam now leads the tech2 telecommunications business unit across multiple clients and has positioned tech2 to grow and continue to support the industry, the networks and the people.

Chris Earnshaw-Nees

General Manager, Business Solutions, Systems, & IT

Chris joined tech2 in early 2017 to kick-start the Solutions Business. He is also responsible for IT and business systems. Chris has nearly 30 years’ management experience across a wide range of companies and industries both locally and globally, including Fujitsu, Telstra, Kaz Technology Services and SMS Management and Technology. Chris has also served as a commissioned officer in the Australian Regular Army. 

Scott Lindsay

General Manager, Technology

Scott commenced with tech2 in March 2012 and brings 27 years’ experience in the electronics retail sector. He spent 13 years in various Harvey Norman Group roles including: National Product Manager for Audio Visual, General Manager of Domayne stores and ran his own Harvey Norman store as a franchisee at Bondi and Caringbah. Scott manages our tech support, tech services and connected home offerings, which includes oversight of audio visual installations for home and business, two tech support call centres in Ultimo and Regents Park NSW, as well as a growing range of connected home solutions.

Tracy Weller-McCormack

General Manager, Sales & Marketing

With over 15 years’ experience in the B2B and B2C space, Tracy ensures our people and customers are at the centre of every business decision. She’s worked in both in-house corporate and consultancy roles for companies such as Citect, Facilitate Digital, Brother, Fujitsu and now tech2, focusing on marketing, sales and, ultimately, customer experience.

Chris Milligan

Operations Manager

Chris boasts over 10 years with the tech2 group and has 14+ years industry experience. Chris’s skills range across local and international call centre environments, field-based Communications, IT and Technology services.  Utilising his experience, Chris brings to the team an understanding and appreciation for technical systems abilities, people management and coordination, as well as hands on ‘know-how’ to deliver products and services on time and exceeding the client’s expectations.
