Once you’ve made a booking we will keep you in the loop every step of the way. You will get notifications about your tech’s ETA on the day of your appointment.
Your TV will be set up in the perfect position on your stand or cabinet. We’ll connect all the components and neatly arrange the cables too.
We’ll do a brief demonstration of the main features of your TV. You’ll also get a handy folder showing how it’s all been set up for future reference.

Yes, this is part of the TV installation service! If you have a WiFi capable smart TV we’ll get this all sorted during your TV setup so you can start enjoying your apps. All we need is your WiFi name and password on the day we perform your standard TV setup.
Absolutely. All our TV setups include tuning as part of the service! We’ll also connect your TV to other devices such as your Blu-ray player, gaming console, PVR and more. After your TV installation you’ll get a handy folder that explains where each device is connected. We want to make sure your TV setup is picture perfect so you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy the show!
While on the day of your TV setup we can cart away your TV packaging and recycle it (whenever possible) – if you’d like to dispose of your old TV or other electronics, you will need to book a collection via our e-waste program for an additional fee. It’s easy to organise and your old TV will be disposed of responsibly.
