Once you’ve made a booking we will keep you in the loop every step of the way. You will get notifications about your tech’s ETA on the day of your appointment.
We’ll unbox your new fridge, disconnect and remove the old unit, clean the area, install your new fridge and connect it to power. If your fridge is plumbed we will also connect it to an existing water outlet.
Our technician will make sure everything is working as it should and provide a brief demonstration of the main features of your new fridge.

If you need your new refrigerator set up, we can install plumbed and non-plumbed fridges of all sizes and brands. We’re happy to show you how it all works once the fridge installation is completed.
Yes. If you need to plumb in your fridge as part of your fridge installation we can take care of all the connections. You’ll just need an existing water line and a compatible plumb in fridge. If you don’t have an accessible water connection we can install one during your fridge setup for an additional cost.
We can help you get rid of your rubbish as part of your fridge setup! On the day of your fridge installation appointment we will cart away the packaging from your new fridge and recycle it (whenever possible). Replacing an old plumb in fridge or another kind of fridge? If you’d like to dispose of your old appliance or any other electronics, you have the option to do so via our e-waste program! It’s easy to book a collection for your old appliance and it will be disposed of responsibly.
As part of the new fridge setup we will safely disconnect your old fridge (if applicable – please make sure it’s empty!), clean and inspect the area for damage before your new fridge installation begins. Your fridge will be connected to an existing power outlet. If your new unit is a plumbed fridge, it will be connected to an existing water outlet. Have you got a compatible water line for your fridge? Your existing refrigerator water line must be accessible, functional and have a dedicated water shutoff valve. If not, we can organise this for an extra cost. We will make sure your new plumb in fridge is safely in place and everything is working exactly as it should before your refrigerator installation job is complete.
